 This course to help you understand you have a broad spectrum of choices when it comes to what you eat, how you exercise, how you manage stress, and how you live. It,s not all or nothing. Every family faces the challenge of integrating good nutrition and healthy eating habits into their lives – and many come up short.
 Try and remember it’s about eating and living a better healthier life, not perfection, Busy days and conflicting schedules make it easier to head for the drive- thru window not the grocery store. After a generation of easy access to junk food and a significant increase in eating out –  problems like heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes are becoming every day issues even in our children.
